Throughout my career journey of over 12 years, I have focused on evolving Quality Engineering from a technical necessity into a strategic driver of business value. Currently, as an Associate Vice President at RIB Software, I lead a global, cross-functional organization of 27 members across India and China. I am passionate about solving complex structural puzzles.
My leadership is rooted in a "Quality First" and "Automation First" philosophy. I am deeply committed to reducing test flakiness and integrating AI to optimize our testing lifecycle, ensuring our engineering is as efficient as it is rigorous. Beyond the technical scope, I find the most reward in mentoring my team building a scalable, collaborative culture that thrives on shared expertise and high standards.
I am a firm believer in data-driven governance, leveraging advanced analytics and executive-level dashboards to ensure our major releases meet the highest stability requirements. As an advocate for diverse, tech-forward leadership, my goal is always to bridge the gap between deep engineering rigor and the real-world needs of our customers.
