We are delighted to invite you to the final WTP10 workshop "Developing Your Leadership Potential – Part 2", which will take place on the 11th February 2026, from 15:00 to 16:30 CET. The session will be led by Marina Niforos, WIL Board Member and Affiliate Professor at HEC Business School in Paris.

This concluding workshop offers participants the opportunity to reflect on their journey throughout the WTP programme and consider how their leadership approach has developed over the past year. Building on the leadership frameworks and insights introduced by Marina during the previous session in March, the workshop will encourage collective reflection, experience-sharing, and consolidation of key learnings. It will serve as a meaningful moment to close the programme together and acknowledge the progress made as a cohort.
