Connecting, inspiring and empowering women to lead the way


The Women Talent Pool (WTP) is a unique leadership programme designed and delivered by women, for women, and run by the European Network for Women in Leadership. Our cross-sectoral programme aims to train and promote a new generation of female leaders in Europe and is dedicated to female talents from across Europe with 7-15 years experience identified as having high potential and the ability, ambition and motivation to rise and reach tier 1 positions.

The female participants have the chance to:

  • Develop their leadership skills under the guidance of senior level women, coaches, and through tailored learning opportunities.
  • Enlarge their circles of influence by networking with programme peers, WIL members and other senior leaders across Europe, and gain visibility in front of a diverse senior-level audience.
  • Discover new horizons and identify new professional opportunities
  • Get on top of the critical issues facing the world today and those which the leaders of tomorrow cannot ignore.

The WTP programme is open to female managers working in both the private and public sector, committed to their personal and professional development, and meeting the following criteria:

  • 7-15 years of work experience
  • People management experience
  • Strong track record, with above average performance over the last 3 years
  • Positioned for career step up in the coming 3-5 years
  • An interest in engaging with and learning from women from different sectors and countries
