On January 16, the 15th General Assembly gathered the WIL community for an opportunity to look back on our achievements last year and set new future goals. WIL President Thaima Samman and WIL Vice President Nathalie Wright kicked off the assembly with an overview of key milestones for 2025 and outlook for the upcoming year. 

The assembly also featured the important vote on WIL resolutions as well as an open discussion on events and initiatives for 2026. The results of this dynamic discussion will play a vital role in strengthening our network and broadening the impact of our strategies, aiming at empowering women and promoting female leadership across Europe.
