On 6th July 2026, WIL Europe organised an exclusive session at the European Commission in Brussels for the 11th cohort of the Women Talent Pool (WTP) programme, together with a selected group of WIL Members and Fellows. The event offered participants the unique opportunity to engage in an "Ask Me Anything" conversation with WTP11 Patron Jessika Roswall, European Commissioner for Environment, Water Resilience and a Competitive Circular Economy, discussing leadership, AI and the workplace, European competitiveness, water resilience, the circular economy and the future of energy.

The day concluded with a networking lunch hosted by WIL Partner Osborne Clarke Belgium, providing participants with the opportunity to strengthen connections with fellow Talents, Members and Fellows from across the WIL community.
