Biography

In her last role, Brigitte Dumont was Director of General Affairs, Orange Middle East Africa at Orange.

Prior to this, she served the company as Corporate Social Responsibility Chief Officer and Deputy Group HR Senior Vice President where she lead the corporate strategic development of Human Resources.

Prior to joining the Group, Brigitte began her career as marketing and communication manager within Jeumont-Schneider and Matra Communication groups.

Brigitte is President of the UNETEL–RST (French Telecom employers’ association), Vice President of Opcalia (Joint Employers-Trade unions body for training and apprenticeship).

She is a member of the Boards of the European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL), Nos Quartiers ont des Talents and Paris-Sorbonne University.

She is graduated from EDC, HEC.
She has been honored as the “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” Award . She is married and has one son.
