Biography
Serena Coco has joined the Société Générale in April 2016 as Vice President TMT Corporate Finance. Between 2009 and 2016 she was part of the Orange Group, in the M&A department in Paris where she ended as Vice President. She was in charge of acquisition and disposal projects of companies in line with the business developing strategy of Orange Group. Her activities mainly involved valuation of companies, negotiations with counterparties and more generally project management.Thanks to the variety of the projects and activities she faces on a daily basis, Serena has developed a good understanding of the telecommunication sector as well as finance and legal skills necessary to undergo a negotiation.
After graduating from the first Italian business school, Serena joined the Graduate Program of Orange 4 years ago where her career started.
Serena has an international profile: during the undergraduate degree she participated to an exchange program in Australia and during the Master of Science she joined an MBA program in Philippines.
Serena loves travelling and discovering hidden and untouched places. Her passion is trekking at high altitudes (5.000 mt), running and bike riding. Serena speaks fluently Italian, French and English.
