Biography
Line Pélissier is currently SVP Career Paths & Recognition of Orange.
Previously, she was the Diversity Director at Orange Group, and the Head of Diversity, CSR, Partnerships and Solidarity. She was responsible of developing the Group’s diversity policy in line with its strategic challenges and steers its implementation.
Line had a financial career in varied international environments within Orange, at Orange France and at the Division for Innovation, Marketing and Technology, where she was faced with challenges such as transformation and choices of structuring investments.
The position of the Director of the management control of the Innovation, Marketing and Technologies Division has enabled her to invest in long-term subjects, while producing sustainable results. She was in charge of the Finance Development Department where she combined her finance and management expertise with her talent for identifying potentials and people’s development.
As the Diversity Director at Orange, Line Pélissier lead the international policy of the company that relies on the diversity of profiles and experiences, constructive confrontation of opinions and inclusive management to create the conditions of its performance today and tomorrow.
Recently appointed SVP Career Paths & Recognition within HR Group, she rolls out a unified perspective around employee, their itinerary in the company from hiring, to on boarding and by promoting diversified career paths and reward schemes.
