Biography
Ioana Banach is an organisational development consultant with a strong focus on value-based organisational leadership, capacity development, and organisational development. Her clientele includes European and global NGOs working on topics such as ecology, peace-building, information dissemination, democracy and artificial intelligence. As a trained organisational change facilitator with Tools for Citizens, Ioana works to enhance organizations' capacity for inclusive practices. Her facilitation work emphasises collaboration and mutual support, vital for fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces.
Before her consulting career, Ioana was dedicated nearly a decade to advancing a green agenda in Europe through various leadership roles within the Green European Foundation. There, she guided over 20 organisations accross Europe in the implementation and evaluation of their work programmes. Her concern for health and social issues in Europe has concretised in her engagement as co-founder and board member of a health organisation representing endometriosis patients and their carers, called EndoHome.
