Biography
Christelle is passionate about helping others achieve professional fulfillment and communicate their identity and ideas with impact. As a Coach in Career Development and Public Speaking she enables high-performing executives and high-potential teenagers to reflect and act on their professional path and goals. Her work focuses on Transition, Inclusion and Promotion.
At INSEAD she held various positions in Career Development and Advancement between 2011 and 2020. She supported hundreds of MBAs during their career transition through course design and delivery and career coaching. She managed and grew a portfolio of Major Donors in the Force for Good capital campaign in Paris and London, two main hubs of the School and raised 6 and 7-figure gifts. Before joining the Higher Education sector she started her career in the Tech&Telecom industry for seven years, in Sales and Marketing roles with Sagemcom, Safran Group and Sony.
Christelle is passionate about public speaking and Improvisation Theatre and has been a Toastmaster since 2006, competing in European speech contests on a regular basis. In October 2018, she delivered a talk at TEDxGEM in Grenoble. She is a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management in France and of the Georgia Institute of Technology’s College of Business in the USA, and an alumna of INSEAD’s MAP and ICC (INSEAD Coaching Certificate) programmes.
