After few years of work experience in Sales and Customer Service, Astrik has decided to obtain a Master's degree in Psychology. That opened for her the path in Human Resources Management. She joined Orange 13 years ago in Armenia, by taking the role of a Learning & Development Manager. Joining the company in its' early creation days, she had the chance to build up L&D policies and culture from scratch, following company's evolution from a start up to a mature organisation.
During her career Astrik has been involved in various projects related to people development and company transformation. In 2016 she has been promoted to an international role of Talent Manager/Project Manager Europe, at the head office of Orange, in Paris. Her mission is to support local HR & Management in Europe countries in the identification of future Leaders and accompanying those identified Talents in their development journey. Currently she specialises in Leadership Coaching.
Being an expatriate in Paris, she enjoys very much the international environment and believes that only through a collaboration of culturally diverse teams we can create rich and unique outputs.
