Biography

Marie-Louise completed her liberal arts & sciences studies at University College Utrecht and continued her studies in Maastricht, Lund and Montreal prior to joining Benelux based law firm Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam in October 2011. In early 2018, she joined her current law firm Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam as a senior associate focusing on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and investments in growing companies, while maintaining a personal focus on renewable energy, impact investments and real estate. She was promoted to Partner in 2022. Marie-Louise has two sons, loves to travel with her family and is passionate about golf.
