Dr Nanni Spitzer advises national and international companies on all matters of corporate law. She supports her clients in any kind of corporate and M&A transactions, joint ventures, company financing, corporate restructuring and day-to-day corporate housekeeping.

Nanni's clients include mid-sized companies as well as established national and international groups. She also advises start-ups and foreign companies on establishing and expanding their business operations in Germany.

Nanni has a strong expertise working for clients in the retail industry and the tech/media sector and is very committed to all aspects of sustainability and digital transformation.

Nanni leads Osborne Clarkes international Fashion Team and is co-founder of the Fashion and Luxury Law Academy and co-author of the Handbuch Moderecht (fashion law manual). She has a decade of expertise in negotiating complex store lease agreements for fashion and lifestyle clients.
