Biography

After graduating from a French business school, Laura started her career in consulting at EY where she
worked as an auditor for 3 years and subsequently as a senior consultant in Transaction Services.
During her 5 year stint at EY, Laura advised Investment Funds and Corporate entities on M&A, internal
control and accounting treatment matters

She joined Orange in 2018 in the accounting department, ensuring an alignment of interest and a fluid
communication between accountants and business partners on complex contracts as well as on day to
day analyses. Starting from May 2020, Laura joined the M&A team at Orange Group level and is in
charge of elaborating and analysing Business Plans on various M&A deals.
Laura is passionate about travelling and loves board games.
