We are pleased to invite WIL Members to an Exclusive Exchange with Lia Quartapelle, Member of the Italian Parliament and Vice President of the Committee on Foreign and European Community Affairs.

With extensive experience in foreign and European affairs, Lia Quartapelle will offer her perspectives on Italy’s position within the European Union, its approach to current geopolitical challenges, and the country’s engagement on the international stage. She will discuss how Italy navigates its European responsibilities while responding to broader global dynamics.

This interactive exchange offers Members the opportunity to engage directly with a leading Italian voice on Europe and geopolitics and gain exclusive perspectives on Italy’s international role and its impact on the future of the European project.

On 9 April 2026, WIL Europe will bring together its community in Paris, hosted by Orange, to celebrate a major milestone: 10 editions of the Women Talent Pool Leadership Programme, while officially launching the 11th edition.

Hosted by WIL Members Karine Dussert-Sarthe and Milena Harito at Orange, this milestone gathering will bring together WIL Members, Talents, Fellows, and selected guests to honour a decade of impact and reflect on the lasting influence of the programme and of our network in empowering women leaders across Europe.

The gathering will bring together dedicated moments for WTP 11 Talents and progressive networking with Fellows and Members, creating a space for leadership dialogue and cross-generational exchange. It will also be enriched by insights from a global expert, sparking influential discussions, championing diverse leadership voices, as well as thought-provoking debates on why programmes like WTP and networks like ours are more important than ever.
