How can organisations build a strong corporate reputation in today’s complex world? And where does their finance strategy within this, particularly when it comes to making sound investment decisions and responding to customers’/stakeholders’ and employees’ needs?

Understanding how key financial concepts and strategies are integrated into organisational performance, and how to communicate on this and wider business issues, need to be at the top of leaders’ mind if they want to lead with impact. If you were stuck in a lift with your CEO or Executive Director for 5 minutes, what insights would you provide on your organisation’s future financial goals as well as on corporate reputation management, to best serve the interests of your organisation?

During this workshop, awe-inspiring WIL Members Charlotte West and Veena Andayil will provide all the essential information you need to have in mind on these important issues to help you think more strategically and lead with even greater impact.

This session will take the form of a 15 minute presentation by our two senior guest speakers, followed by half an hour of exchange with them, so get your questions ready!

We are delighted to invite you to the final WTP9 workshop "Developing Your Leadership Potential – Part 2", which will take place on the 11th February 2025, from 15:00 to 16:30 CET. The session will be led by Marina Niforos, WIL Board Member and Affiliate Professor at HEC Business School in Paris.

This closing workshop will be a chance to take stock of what you have learnt during your time on the WTP programme, and how you have evolved as a leader in the last 12 months, drawing on the leadership concepts presented by Marina in your last workshop with her in July. It will be an important collective moment to round off your time on the leadership programme.
