Biography
Currently, as Chief Growth & Innovation Officer at ManpowerGroup, she leads their global commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Innovation —guiding growth and innovation across iconic brands including Manpower, Experis, and Talent Solutions. She leverages market intelligence, data, and AI-powered tools to deepen client and candidate engagement, expand market share, and amplify brand presence.
Before joining Manpower, Valerie was Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, member of the Executive Committee of the Swiss company Adecco Group based in Zurich and a worldwide leader for HR solutions. She was also President for Pontoon – a subsidiary of the Adecco Group.
Previously, Valerie spent over 30 years in the Tech industry in Europe, in the USA and in Asia. Since January 2015, Valerie Beaulieu is a French Foreign Trade Advisor.
Valérie is an Independent Director of the board of ISS A/S – a Danish company and worldwide leader in Facility Management - and a member of the Board and the Audit Committee of Orange.
