Biography
Anne-Ev Juette-Enzmann is Executive Director of Alumni Engagement & Learning at INSEAD, where she designs and delivers globally scaled initiatives that connect, inspire, and continuously upskill a community of over 70,000 alumni across 180+ countries. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, lifelong learning, digital innovation, and community-building—turning networks into measurable engines of impact.
She works closely with senior academic leadership, alumni boards, and volunteer governance bodies on strategy, transformation, and long-term value creation.
With a career spanning management consulting, international retail leadership (including senior executive roles in Asia), and ed-tech entrepreneurship, Anne-Ev brings a global and pragmatic leadership perspective, grounded in execution and stakeholder alignment.
She has extensive experience operating in complex, matrixed environments and contributing at board and advisory level to organisational strategy and change.
She is particularly passionate about the future of work and education, career development, and lifelong learning, and about how technology—used thoughtfully—can scale opportunity while strengthening human connection.
A strong advocate for women in leadership, Anne-Ev is known for building trust-based communities, leading complex stakeholder ecosystems, and creating environments where people grow—professionally and personally. She believes effective leadership is less about having all the answers and more about asking better questions—and bringing others along.
Anne-Ev holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MA/DEEA in European Studies from the Collège d’Europe.
