This speed-networking was designed to bring our Members and Talents together to do what we do best at WIL: connect, exchange and learn. It therefore combined two core aspects of our WTP leadership programme: networking and career development.

The session provided our Talents the opportunity to engage with and learn from other WIL Members around a virtual table, and for our Members to get to know, learn from and support the leaders of tomorrow.
