On 21^st June 2022, WIL held a virtual Summer Networking  event for our Talents on the Women Talent Pool (WTP) leadership programme. It was an opportunity to bring the participants together to connect, share experiences, expand their network and build solidarity with other women across Europe.

During the session, attendees were invited to discuss their most inspiring or memorable take away of the WTP so far, the best ways to build strong interpersonal connections and also what being part of a female network has meant to them.
