As part of the 11th Edition of the Women Talent Pool (WTP) programme, WIL Europe welcomed WIL Board Member Charlotte West, VP Global Corporate Communications at Lenovo and WIL Member Veena Andayil, Head Treasury - Advisory and Execution at Daimler Truck AG to lead our latest Workshop on “Strategic Issues for Business and Leadership Development”. 

The session helped participants better comprehend complex strategic concerns and priorities of modern leaders from pragmatic perspectives, serving as a cornerstone of Talents’ evolution to the next stage of their journey to lead senior roles with more meaningful impact.
