On 14th September 2023, WIL Talents from the 8th edition of the Women’s Talent Programme and Fellows had the exclusive opportunity to visit Station F in Paris, the world’s biggest startup campus home to over a thousand businesses.
The event kicked off with a tour of the impressive hub by Station F’s own Ellen Kelly, Co-Founder of Savvy, who then shared her experience of setting up her own startup. Attendees then heard from inspiring entrepreneurs Caroline Span, Founder of Welcome Place, a neo-bank for newcomers in Europe, and Sixtine Naquet-Radiguet, Co-founder of Kolverr, a recruitment platform giving every worker the chance to find their place in the energy transition. This was followed by a highly engaging Q&A, with exchanges focusing on how to best support women in startups and make investing more accessible for women. Talents and Fellows reflected on the visit and shared their ideas afterwards during a networking lunch.
