On 9th April 2026, WIL Europe organised a special celebration in Paris to mark the 10 Editions of the Women Talent Pool (WTP) Leadership Programme and to officially launch the 11^th edition. This milestone gathering brought together different generations of Members, Talents and Fellows to honour the lasting influence of the WTP programme and of the WIL network. Speakers at the panel debate included representatives from WIL Partners Axens, Osborne Clarke, Rexel and Tarkett, alongside talented WIL Fellows, who discussed global impact of female leadership programmes. The event also featured a dedicated session for WTP11 Talents on fostering their online presence, as well as several networking sessions.  

This gathering was hosted at Orange by WIL Board Member Milena Harito and WIL Member Karine Dussert-Sarthe.
