Connecting, inspiring and empowering women to lead the way
On 5 Feburary 2024, for the last workshop of the 8th edition of the Women Talent Pool programme, Bozena Lesniewska, Executive VP Business Market at Orange Polska, Céline Wehrle, Director of Global Employer Services at Deloitte Switzerland, and Charlotte West, Executive Director, Global Corporate Communications at Lenovo shared how leaders can face crucial challenges in today's climate including digital transformation, changing work patterns, and corporate reputation.
On 23 January 2024, Marina Niforos, WIL Board Member and Affilliate Professor at HEC Business School, Paris, led the penultimate workshop of the 8th edition of the Women Talent Pool Programme, centered on dveloping your leadership potential. Talents reflected on the skills and confidence they had built throughout the programme and learnt new strategies to overcome professional challenges.
On 30th November 2023, WIL Secretary General Pinuccia Contino, Deputy to the Director for Consumers & Head of Unit 'Product Safety and Rapid Alert System' at the European Commission offered Talents their second workshop on Leading with Wholeness and Purpose. This time, Talents took part in meditation, visualisation and group discussion exercises to uncover self-compassion, the key to finding purpose and kindness to others.
On 16th November 2023, WTP8 Talents had the opportunity to hear from renowned Executive Coach Eléna Foures, Founder of IDEM PER IDEM Consulting. They were given invaluable tools to seize opportunities by letting go of limiting self-beliefs in order to harness their leadership potential.
On 10th October, WIL Member Catherine Ladousse, Co-founder of Cercle InterElles shared her communications expertise with our WTP8 Talents to help them define and develop their personal brand.
On 21st September 2023, Milena Harito, WIL Board Member and Vice President for IT and Network: Europe at Orange, answered questions posed by our WTP8 Talents duirng a special hour-long session. She gave insightful answers on what makes a great leader and how to find a work-life balance.
On 4th July 2023, WIL Member Sigrid Marz, Managing Partner/Ontological Coach at Summit Associates hosted her first workshop on authenticity. She helped our Talents understand what authentic leadership is and why it is a vital part of corporate life and of leadership growth.
On 29th June, WIL Member Despina Anastasiou, Global Business Development Director - Corporate Development at Dow Europe, led the third workshop of the 8th Edition of the WTP programme. During this workshop, Talents learnt the benefits of networking and how to get the most out of it for their leadership growth.
On 17th May 2023, WIL Secretary General Pinuccia Contino, Head of the Unit Product safety and Rapid Alert System in the EU Commission and Ambassador of Applied Compassion kicked off the second workshop of the WTP8 Programme. During this workshop, which included breathing and meditation exercises, the Talents had the opportunity to reflect further on who they are and connect more deeply with themselves and each other.
On 4th April 2023, WIL Fellow Christelle Cuenin, Career Development and Public Speaking Coach, kicked off the first workshop of the 8th edition of the Women Talent Pool (WTP) with a much anticipated 90-minute workshop on Public Speaking for Leadership. During this workshop, Talents received precious tips and tools from Christelle to help them use public speaking as a tool to progress in their careers and were also able to practice their skills during exchanges in breakout rooms.
