On Thursday, 21tst November 2024, Pinuccia Contino, Secretary General of WIL, Head of the Unit Product Safety and Rapid Alert System at the European Commission, and Ambassador of Applied Compassion, led a captivating and introspective session for our WTP9 Talents. This workshop pushed participants to explore how compassion and purposeful leadership can transform their sense of purpose and enhance leadership impact.

On Thursday, 7th November 2024, Éléna Fourès, Founder of IDEM Consulting and Executive Coach, led an insightful session for our WTP9 Talents. This workshop provided participants with the opportunity to draw from Éléna’s extensive expertise in strategic decision-making and risk management, offering guidance on navigating professional challenges and achieving goals with confidence.

On Thursday, 22nd October 2024, Pervenche Berès, Chair at the Association Europe Finances Régulation and former Chair of the ECON and EMPL Committees of the European Parliament, led an engaging ‘Ask Me Anything’ session for our WTP9 Talents. This interactive event provided participants with the opportunity to tap into Pervenche's extensive expertise and gain invaluable insights into navigating today's competitive professional landscape.

On Thursday, 3rd October 2024, Catherine Ladousse, President of the Parity Commission at the French High Council for Equality between Women and Men, member of the G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council 2024 and Co-founder & Honorary President of Cercle InterElles, led an insightful workshop designed to help our Talents define their personal leadership styles and communicate their personal brands with confidence.

On Tuesday, 17th September 2024, WIL Member Despina Anastasiou, former Global Business Development Director at Dow, led a dynamic workshop aimed to empower our emerging leaders to advance their career trajectories through purposeful and strategic networking.

On 3rd July, WIL Member and Ontological Coach, Sigrid Marz, delivered a workshop to get our Talents on the 9th edition of the Women Talent Pool programme to think about how to embrace their authentic selves, in order to achieve greater well-being and go further as leaders.

On 27th June, WIL Board Member, Marina Niforos, an associate professor at HEC Business School in Paris, was back for the fourth year in a row to enlighten the women on our Women Talent Pool leadership programme about developing one’s leadership potential in times of uncertainty.

On 11th June 2024, WIL Fellow Christelle Cuenin, Career Development and Public Speaking Coach, led a workshop on Public Speaking for Leadership. Talents gained crucial strategies for effective communication, from team meetings to executive pitches. Christelle shared insights on captivating audiences, inspiring, and gaining public speaking confidence, with Talents practicing these skills to enhance their professional impact.

The first of two workshops on "Leading with Wholeness and Purpose" took place on May 17, 2024. It was led by WIL Secretary General Pinuccia Contino, who is also the Deputy Director for Consumers & Head of Unit Product Safety and Rapid Alert System at the European Commission, and an Ambassador of Applied Compassion. The workshop offered an interactive session that combined practice, experience-sharing, and theory. During the session, Pinuccia provided guidance on leading towards a better world in a unique way and demonstrated methods to connect with one's whole self through meditation and self-reflection exercises.
