On 2nd April, WIL Member Despina Anastasiou, Former Global Business Development Director – Corporate Strategy at Dow, was back for the fifth year in a row to guide the women in our Women Talent Pool leadership programme on developing impactful networking skills and leveraging them for leadership growth.

On 18th March, WIL Board Member, Marina Niforos, Board Director and President of the Climate Governance Initiative Greece, was back for the fifth year in a row to enlighten the women on our Women Talent Pool leadership programme about developing one’s leadership potential in times of uncertainty.

On 11 February 2025, WIL Europe hosted the Developing Your Leadership Potential (part two) workshop as part of the WTP Leadership Programme. Led by WIL Board Member Marina Niforos, President of Climate Governance Initiative Greece, the session encouraged participants to explore key leadership challenges and growth opportunities.

Through firsthand experiences and open discussions, Talents analysed leadership hurdles, identified blind spots, and shared strategies for overcoming challenges in areas such as managing workplace dynamics and fostering team well-being.

On January 31, 2025, WIL Europe hosted the Strategic Issues for Business and Leadership Development workshop as part of the WTP Leadership Programme. Led by industry leaders Charlotte West, Vice President of Global Corporate Communications at Lenovo, and Veena Andayil, Head of Treasury Advisory and Execution at Daimler Truck AG, the session encouraged participants to gain deeper insights into the critical role of corporate reputation and financial strategy in effective leadership.

On Tuesday, 10 December 2024, Cristiana Falcone, Investor, Philanthropist, Board Member and Principal at CBF Strategy. led an exclusive session which provided the WTP9 Talents with insights on navigating career challenges and overcoming setbacks with confidence.

On Thursday, 21tst November 2024, Pinuccia Contino, Secretary General of WIL, Head of the Unit Product Safety and Rapid Alert System at the European Commission, and Ambassador of Applied Compassion, led a captivating and introspective session for our WTP9 Talents. This workshop pushed participants to explore how compassion and purposeful leadership can transform their sense of purpose and enhance leadership impact.

On Thursday, 7th November 2024, Éléna Fourès, Founder of IDEM Consulting and Executive Coach, led an insightful session for our WTP9 Talents. This workshop provided participants with the opportunity to draw from Éléna’s extensive expertise in strategic decision-making and risk management, offering guidance on navigating professional challenges and achieving goals with confidence.

On Thursday, 22nd October 2024, Pervenche Berès, Chair at the Association Europe Finances Régulation and former Chair of the ECON and EMPL Committees of the European Parliament, led an engaging ‘Ask Me Anything’ session for our WTP9 Talents. This interactive event provided participants with the opportunity to tap into Pervenche's extensive expertise and gain invaluable insights into navigating today's competitive professional landscape.

On Thursday, 3rd October 2024, Catherine Ladousse, President of the Parity Commission at the French High Council for Equality between Women and Men, member of the G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council 2024 and Co-founder & Honorary President of Cercle InterElles, led an insightful workshop designed to help our Talents define their personal leadership styles and communicate their personal brands with confidence.
